Appears stated age RRR with MGR, Lungs clear bilaterally to auscultation Hands edematous without pitting edema, none of joints warm to touch or reddened. Moves all extremities except restricted movement of fingers bilaterally. Decreased strength with hands bilaterally. Reflexes WNL, no gait abnormalities, neg. Romberg, neg coordination (can hop on either foot) but complains of pain in legs and feet. PERLA No rashes on body or extremities
