Techniques
- In class we have been preparing maps that uses isolines. My map shows
the mean pricipitation for May 1 thru October 31. The map was prepared
by gathering data from an atlas. Those isolines were then traced and scaned
into the computer. On the computer I used Adobe Illustrator and traced
the template, added the necessary layers, and produced the map. It was
prepared at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte using the equipment
in the Cartography Lab. Take a look
