We are trying to match dogs with people in relationships which may last ten to fifteen years. We want this to work out for both the dogs and the families who adopt them. Carefully answering the questions on this form will give us a better idea of how to make that match.

Remember, this is a pre-screening form. There is no guarantee that a dog will be available that matches your interests. Thank you for your interest in adopting a rescue dog.
