If you pick up a starving dog and make him prosperous,
he will not bite you. That is the principal difference between a dog
and a man.

Comment: The "perfect dog"
is the result of nurturing and training not born perfect.
He or she is not sitting there in the shelter waiting for you
to find him after you look at and reject hundreds of other dogs,
He is almost any one of them after you work with him and teach
him.
